I am passionate about women in business, it's that simple. I struggled for a long time with who I was, I still do sometimes.
One thing I do know and have owned (mostly) is that I am an Entreprenuer- through and through.
I fought that idea for almost 2 decades. I felt like shit because I didn't want to go to University and I didn't like working for other people. I always saw the holes in how the companies were run and felt this compulsion to fix it.
Eventually, I had a grown up tantrum and quit the last job I will ever have. That was 5 years ago...and probably my 5th attempt at business ownership.
This beautiful business of mine has stuck and I am in it for the long haul...it's in my DNA to be an Entreprenuer. I have officially stopped fighting it and I am so effing happy I have!
Part of the shift in me has been the books and cd's I have consumed by Tony Robbins. I was introduced to him about 18 years ago.
It's been in the last 2 years that I have started to go to the LIVE events and that has been totally life changing!
I have learned so much about my stories and the impact that my limiting beliefs can have on my overall quality of life.
Here's what happens when you experience something that has changed your life in this way, you want to share it...WITH EVERYONE YOU LOVE. Simple.
Over the last few months, I made the decision to start an official Mastermind Group because of the things I have learned at these LIVE events with Tony.
She's The Owner Mastermind Group is aimed at helping female business owners who are hungry to learn more about the stories they have deeply engrained inside of them. They are ready to ditch the bullshit and move on to kick ass in whatever area they want!
The other thing I have learned is how impactful giving back and serving is. This is a GIANT part of what Tony Robbins and his team teach.
I volunteer actively at the events.
One way I am giving back is by sending people to UPW.
The Content Company is supporting She's The Owner by sending individuals to Unleash The Power Within by Tony Robbins.
1 General Admission ticket for the event
1 Return flight from anywhere in Canada
Airbnb option with other participants
It's important to me to take away all barriers for anyone who really wants to go.
The goal for 2019 is to send a total of 10 people.
2020 goal is to send 20 people.
Here's what Sydney said about the experience
"Being an attendee at UPWLA was the most amazing experience I could have been given. I have learned the tools to push past ANY obstacle I am faced with, I have gained knowledge on the human body and mind that has proven to be so valuable in my day to day life and I learned things about myself that were scary but also amazing. The sense of community you feel the second you walk into that convention centre is a feeling I could never describe fully. You have to experience it to really understand the tether you make with the wonderful humans that are there the moment you say YES and give yourself fully to the process. It was healing, sad, exciting, joyful, peaceful, difficult and LIFE CHANGING. Life will never be the same. I can't wait to see everyone in Dallas!"
