Krista LaRiviere is gShift’s Cofounder & CEO. She is passionate about the digital space, and obsessed with bringing automation and innovation to the marketing tactics of SEO, Social Media and Content Marketing. A proven entrepreneur, gShift is Krista’s third digital marketing company and likely not her last.
Krista leads the strategic direction and vision of gShift, writes and speaks about the changing landscape of owned and earned media and thinks about the innovation marketers still require in their toolbox to prove ROI of SEO and Content Marketing. She is driven to close the gap.
While not driving gShift, Krista volunteers her time on the Board of Directors of SEMPO. She has been recognized by numerous organizations for her leadership and business success including being awarded Barrie’s Business Woman of the Year, named by the BDC as one of Canada’s Top Ten Young Entrepreneurs and honoured by Nipissing University as Alumni of the Year.
Curtis is an Entrepreneur, leader, and Internet pioneer. Shortly after graduating school in 1998 he launched Pixelcarve out of his parent’s basement. In 2000 he brought on cousin Ryan Priest as Partner and Creative Director, and from their humble beginnings as a web design and video production company the pair grew the company into one of Toronto’s most innovative and creative Digital Marketing Agencies, contributing to the dramatic growth of their clients, and being recognized with dozens of awards. Curtis’ passion is leveraging new interactive technologies to pioneer business innovation, with a strong focus on improving the user experience and reforming how consumers are engaged by content. He has worked with a wide variety of clients in several industries including legal, financial, tourism, telecommunications, healthcare, architecture and design, fashion, entertainment, and hospitality. Notable recent clients include Bell, RBC, Muskoka Tourism, The Ritz-Carlton, Mizrahi Developments, Yabu Pushelberg, ONroute, Dominion Diamond CanadaMark, Fundserv, and Blakes LLP. Curtis currently serves as the President & CEO of Pixelcarve Inc. His day to day activities include strategic direction and vision, financial oversight, relationship building, problem solving, and providing leadership and inspiration to a team of project managers, designers, and developers. Curtis currently resides in downtown Toronto with his wife and son, and enjoys exploring city life as well as escaping to his family cottage during Canada’s very short summer. He serves as the President of the Toronto Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), President of Oneeleven Condos, and is a member of the Forbes Agency Council.
A passionate, authentic Senior Executive and Board Director, Victoria Pelletier brings a wealth of progressive experience and dedication to all her work, including her board and volunteer activities. Victoria is Vice President and Senior Partner at IBM Global Business Services and serves on the board of two technology companies, as well as the Children’s Aid Foundation. With two decades as a senior leader, accountable for strategy, operations, growth initiatives and business development, her depth of knowledge expansive and impressive.
Tim has spent the last 16 years as a fee based financial planner for small business owners and high net worth individuals. He has successfully developed and led multiple financial services divisions for Fortune 100 companies and is currently consulting on a startup in the medical aesthetics industry. Tim prides himself in serving others with hard-work, creativity and humility. Additional Tim has served on boards within his industry as well hold leadership roles in local community chambers of commerce.
